Myanmar: Project Development Advisor

CARE International in Myanmar is looking to fill the position of Project Development Advisor for the Strengthening Competitiveness of Smallholder Rubber Farmers Program that will support small-holder farmers secure access to land, increase productivity, and increase their income through improved market efficiency. This new position is responsible for ensuring the achievement of the inception phase outputs of this program including taking the lead on the livelihoods analysis, stakeholder analysis and program partnership framework.

We are looking for someone who has experience developing large scale project designs with a knowledge of Making Markets Work for the Poor diagnostic approach. Your demonstrated skills in leadership and management in a complex international setting as well as your strong communication, influencing and capacity building skills will be complemented by your ability to build and manage complex and diverse stakeholder relationships and your understanding of gender equality and women’s empowerment.
