The National Disaster Management Authority held a consultative meeting in Kabul with the participation of district representatives and tribal elders to discuss measures for preventing natural disasters. Nooruddin Turabi, the acting head of the authority, stated that in addition to the emergency budget, funds will also be allocated to assist those affected by disasters.
