South Sudan/Sudan: S. Sudan Seeks Pipeline Alternative to End Dependence on Sudan

WASHINGTON — South Sudan has sought an alternative to the export crude oil pipeline that crosses into its northern rival.

A U.S. government report said South Sudan was determined to end its dependence on Sudan for oil exports.
